Thank you for choosing our baking services! We take pride in creating custom cakes and baked goods tailored to your special occasions. Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and changes:
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders. Each item is made to order and involves time, planning, and preparation.
Cancellations
We require at least 7 days’ notice for any order cancellations. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as they cover:
- Time spent discussing and finalizing your custom design
- Ingredients and materials already purchased for your order
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You may request to reschedule your order date, but this is subject to our availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates.
